Cancellation or modification by the customer The customer is reminded in accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that it does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, provided that the services are provided on a date or according to a specific periodicity.
The conditions of cancellation or modification are indicated in the conditions of sale attached to each tariff, ie: - More than 30 days before the departure, the customer will have to pay 10% of the amount of the reservation
- From 30 to 21 days of departure, 40% of the booking amount
- From 20 to 8 days before departure, 60% of the reservation amount
- From 7 to 2 days of departure, 75% of the booking amount
- 2 days before departure, 100% of the reservation amount
The deposit paid at the time of booking will not be returned for a cancellation less than 3 weeks from the date of arrival .
In case of interruption of the stay , the entire agreed price will be cashed .In case of no show (reservation not canceled - customer not present), the customer will not be able to claim any refund . Unless expressly stated otherwise, the guest must vacate the room by 11.00 am the day of the end of the reservation. Otherwise, he will be charged an additional night.
9. Liability While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts reproduced to illustrate the destination presented give as accurate an overview as possible of the services offered, variations may occur, in particular due to the change of furniture. or possible renovations. Prices The prices indicated are per room for the number of people and the date (s) selected.The prices are displayed in amount inclusive of VAT, in euros, and are valid only for the duration indicated on the site. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice depending on the circumstances and requirements. Unless otherwise stated, additional services are not included in the price. The tourist tax, collected by the municipality is fixed by the latter and is payable directly to the seller on the spot, except in the case where this amount can be included in the selling price. The prices take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change of the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically passed on the indicated prices.
12. Respect of the private life The information which is requested to the customer is necessary to the processing of his order and will be communicated to all the speakers and partners. In the absence of information, the seller will not be able to register a reservation.Unless the customer objects, if the customer has made a reservation on the website, the seller is likely to send him by email, promotional offers, a satisfaction questionnaire following his stay.
