Cooking Class "Duck & Foie Gras"
For a weekend, you will learn how to cut and cook a fat duck.
Arrival at the Boudines on Friday in the late afternoon, dinner and overnight at les Boudines.
On Saturday morning, after breakfast, departure on a farm where a couple of craftsmen will take care of you for the course and cooking course of the duck. Lunch at the farm.
Dinner and second night at Les Boudines.

Weekend Fresh Truffle Tasting
In the middle of the Truffe Fraîche period, we offer you a weekend to better understand the black gold of Périgord !
Arrival on Friday at the end of the afternoon at Les Boudines, dinner at the table d'hôtes; Meal around the traditional products of Périgord, with an entrance on the Truffle for a first glimpse!
On Saturday afternoon , the oenology course given by Denis, the sommelier of the Boudines!
Dinner all TruffleFrom aperitif to dessert, all cooked by Valérie, and sublimated by the best wines of Denis.
Sunday morning, after breakfast, visit of a truffle and demonstration of cavage (search for the truffle by the dog).
On Monday mornings you can go to the Sainte-Alvère truffle market (extra cost of 79 € for the extra night).
